Shipping & Delivery Policy

FreshKatta is hyper-local: we currently deliver only within Pen, Raigad. If your area isn't covered at checkout, we're not there yet.

Order any time before midnight. We source and cut your order fresh the next morning and deliver it to your door between 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM the same morning.

Orders placed after the cutoff roll over to the following day's batch.

Minimum order value is ₹100. Any delivery fee is shown clearly at checkout before you pay — the price you see is the price you pay.

We make one delivery attempt within the window. Please keep your phone reachable — our rider may call. If no one is available to receive a perishable order, it cannot be re-attempted (see our Refund Policy).
